Automation

The work that repeats itself, done on its own.

Every business has tasks that repeat and don't need your judgment: moving data from one sheet to another, checking what's left in the warehouse, answering the same thing ten times a day, putting together the month-end report. None of them makes you money, and all of them take your hours.

Automating means handing that work to a system. A hardware store that knows what's left in stock without counting boxes. A clinic that confirms the day's appointments without calling anyone. A WhatsApp that answers the usual questions while you serve customers. The process changes; the idea is the same.

We start with the one that takes the most time. We look at how you do it today, automate it with the tools you already use, and fine-tune it with you until it runs on its own.

What it costs

From$299

Quoted per process

That's where the simplest process starts. Above that, it depends on what you want off your plate: automating a hardware store's inventory doesn't cost the same as confirming a barbershop's appointments. The price comes from the process, not from a package.

What it depends on

  1. How many steps it has

An automatic notification is not the same as a six-step chain with its exceptions.

  2. How many tools it has to connect to

If everything lives in a spreadsheet that's one thing; if it has to talk to your invoicing system, that's another.

  3. How much it moves per day

Ten orders a day and five hundred are not solved the same way.

How it's charged

  • A setup fee, paid once

That's the work of understanding your process, building it and leaving it running with your people using it.

  • A monthly fee, while it's working

Same as with loyalty: it keeps the automation active and running.

What to compare it against

Before asking for any quote, work out your own number: one hour a day, Monday to Friday, is more than twenty hours a month. That's the cost you're already paying to do it by hand, and that's what you should compare against.

Prices in US dollars, tax included. In the consultation we review your process and give you the exact price.
