What data do we collect?
Your name, your type of business, your WhatsApp number and, if you choose to write it, what you need. Nothing else. This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies.
What do we use it for?
Only to contact you, arrange the consultation and assess your case. It is not used for advertising and it is not added to any mailing list.
Who do we share it with?
With no one. We do not sell, rent or transfer your data to third parties. If at some point we use a technology provider to store it, that will be solely to provide you the service and under a confidentiality obligation.
Your rights
Under Costa Rica's Law 8968 on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of their Personal Data, you may request access, correction, deletion or object to the processing of your data at any time. You exercise this by writing to the contact email on this site, and we reply within the deadlines set by law. You may also turn to the Agencia de Protección de Datos de los Habitantes (PRODHAB).
How long we keep it
We keep your data while there is an active commercial conversation and for up to one year after the last contact. After that, or whenever you ask, it is deleted.
